- Changes take effect after written confirmation
8. Volunteer & Internship Participation
By applying as a volunteer or intern, you agree that:
- Participation is voluntary and unpaid unless explicitly stated
- AVF may conduct background verification
- You must follow AVF's code of conduct, safety guidelines, and instructions
- AVF is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses during field visits
- VR equipment must be handled responsibly
- Misconduct may result in termination of participation
Volunteers and interns must maintain confidentiality of any information accessed during their engagement.
9. Career Applications
By applying for employment:
- You certify that all information submitted is accurate
- AVF may verify credentials, references, and background
- Submission of an application does not guarantee employment
- AVF may retain your application for future opportunities
10. VR Experience Disclaimer
VR experiences may not be suitable for:
- Individuals with epilepsy, vertigo, or motion sickness
- Those with severe anxiety or sensory sensitivity
- Patients with specific medical conditions (as advised by doctors)
Users must:
- Use VR equipment responsibly
- Follow instructions provided by AVF staff or volunteers
- Immediately stop if discomfort occurs
AVF is not liable for health issues arising from VR usage.
